Do I need to activate my card?
No, your card is already activated when it is loaded. Check on the website for the balance.

What is my security code to login to the website?
To log on to the website enter your card number followed by 7562 for your security code. Then select your own Security Code.

When is my card loaded?
It depends where you buy your card. At EPPCO, ENOC, and ZOOM outlets your card is loaded the day after purchase but may take up to 36 hours.
At Carrefour and Geant your card is loaded instantly.

Online Purchases - what security code do I use?
For online purchases use the 3 digit code on the back of the card.

Online Purchases - what is the card expiry date?
For online purchases use GOOD THRU date on the front of the card

How long is my card valid for?
12 months from date of purchase. Refer to the terms and conditions of the card.

Can I use my card at ATMs?
No, the card cannot be used at ATMs.
